During the preparatory period of the University, the Teaching and Learning Office is the functional department of teaching and learning management, and its primary responsibilities include:

1. To coordinate, formulate, and implement the University's policy on teaching and learning.

2. To define a clear structure of the University’s disciplinary majors.

3. To propose and organize the University’s undergraduate and graduate courses.

4. To enhance the quality of education in teaching and learning at the university.

5. To complete other tasks assigned by higher authorities and University leaders.
