the preparation of GBU, the Finance Department is the functional department responsible
for all financial management activities, and its primary responsibilities
include:

To formulate internal financial rules and regulations;
2.
To lawfully raise funds through various channels, allocate funds efficiently,
and enhance the utilization of funds;
3.
To manage the university’s budgeting and financial reporting;
4.
To conduct financial accounting;
5.
To lead the digital transformation of the Finance Dept.;
6.
To complete other tasks assigned by higher authorities and university
leadership.
