一、个人简介

俄罗斯工程院外籍院士，国家重大人才工程特聘专家，美国Texas A&M University博士。美国化学会职业导师。

曾在美国杜邦担任高级技术与管理职务，领导生物基材料、聚合物纤维和复合材料领域多项创新研发项目，主管技术研发部门人才规划战略；曾任教育部交通铺面材料工程研究中心常务副主任。

聚焦先进结构-功能一体化智能响应材料的分子设计、可控合成与性能调控等前沿交叉领域，致力于多学科交叉材料的前沿探索和技术融合，已培养博士、硕士研究生20余名，完成20余项高新技术产品的自主研发，打通了从实验室研发、中试验证到规模化量产的全流程。

二、学术/研究成果综述

在功能性材料、生物质转化、纤维织物和交通运输等领域实现重大科研突破和成果转化，创造了显著经济效益。

主持承担并完成了国家自然科学基金、科技部火炬计划、科技部技术创新基金、交通运输部技术创新等国家级项目，多项研究成果获得省部级和企业科技奖项。累计发表学术论文100余篇，获授权专利80余项，主持及参与制定两项团体标准；担任多家期刊的审稿人，是国家级、多省市高层次人才和重大科技项目评审专家；多次受邀在国内外学术会议上进行学术报告。

PACIFICHEM最佳报告奖，2000 年；GORDON CONFERENCE最佳论文奖，2002 年。
